## The Role: Production Engineering
As a Production Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards of operational excellence. You will be responsible for overseeing the efficiency of our daily manufacturing processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Core Responsibilities
* Production Planning: Develop and manage detailed production schedules and machine maintenance programs to ensure optimal uptime.
* Performance Monitoring: Evaluate daily production output against targets and identify opportunities for increased productivity.
* Standardization: Create, review, and update Work Instructions (WI) and production process parameters to ensure consistent quality.
* Problem Solving: Conduct thorough Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
* Process Optimization: Propose and execute programs designed to boost efficiency and refine manufacturing workflows.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with various departments to align production activities with maintenance requirements and company standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Reporting: Generate comprehensive performance reports and provide actionable data-driven recommendations for management.

Essential Qualifications
* Educational Background: Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
* Experience: A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Production Engineer within a manufacturing environment.
* Quality Management: In-depth understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
* Methodology Proficiency: Proven experience in implementing Continuous Improvement methodologies, such as Kaizen or Lean Manufacturing.
* Technical Skills: Strong grasp of manufacturing processes, production machinery, and foundational machine maintenance.
* Analytical Aptitude: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, solve problems, and provide logical recommendations.
* Computer Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
* Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to function effectively both as an individual contributor and a collaborative team member.
