1. Commissioning Electrical Engineer
* Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate installation activities; ensure commissioning sequences are executed correctly; supervise technical teams; maintain detailed commissioning records; and resolve technical obstacles during installation.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; at least 2 years of relevant experience; possess K3 certification and technical expertise in EPC power or Oil and Gas projects; proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD; fluent in English.
2. Commissioning Engineer (Major Chemical)
* Responsibilities: Identify system deficiencies; produce comprehensive test and commissioning documentation; monitor project progress; record test results; oversee final equipment acceptance; and compile all site test dossiers.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (Chemical Engineering preferred); 3+ years of experience in chemical plant or large-scale projects; advanced MS Office skills; strong knowledge of P&ID and isometric drawings; fluent in English.
3. Field Operator
* Responsibilities: Manage and maintain facility operations from the Control Room and field; perform process control and troubleshooting; operate wellsite proppant storage systems; conduct hands-on equipment operation and routine maintenance.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant field; valid work experience certificates; fluent in English.
4. Electrical Operator
* Responsibilities: Perform commissioning and maintenance of electrical assets; troubleshoot electrical malfunctions; operate SWRG/MCC systems and other related electrical infrastructure.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; 2+ years of experience; K3 certified; experience in EPC, Power, or Oil and Gas projects; proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD; fluent in English.
5. Paramedic
* Responsibilities: Provide medical services and consultations; conduct Daily Check-Ups (DCU); respond to on-site emergency situations; assist the site doctor in implementing health management programs; perform workplace hazard identification; and prepare periodic health reports.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 2+ years of relevant experience; certifications including AK3 Umum/Migas, HIPERKES, BTCLS, and a valid STR; fluent in English; candidates residing in Balikpapan are preferred.
6. Office Clerk/Helper
* Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness and order in the JO office and site areas; assist with general facility repairs, including bicycle maintenance.
* Requirements: Minimum High School (SMA/SMK) diploma; 1 year of experience in janitorial or maintenance roles; disciplined with strong communication skills; mechanical aptitude for bicycle repair is a plus.
