Dharmais Cancer Hospital, the premier national cancer center and a leading integrated oncology service provider in Indonesia, is expanding its team. ## General Eligibility Requirements
To ensure the quality and integrity of our clinical and administrative staff, all applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Legal Standing: Never convicted of a criminal offense by a court with permanent legal force.
* Employment Status: Not currently enrolled in an education program, not under contract with another institution, and not currently holding a status as a CPNS or PNS (Civil Servant).
* Physical and Professional Health: Female applicants must not be pregnant.
* Employment History: Never dishonorably discharged or resigned from positions as a PNS, member of the TNI/POLRI, or private sector employee.
* Academic Standards: Minimum GPA of 3.00 (or 2.80 for Electromedical Technician positions) from an institution with at least "B" accreditation.
* Foreign Degrees: Applicants from overseas universities must provide equivalency documents from the Ministry of Education and Culture, including GPA conversion to a 4.0 scale.
* Professional Requirements: Must possess an active STR (Registration Certificate) and previous experience in a healthcare facility is highly preferred.
* Availability: Must be willing to work in any assigned unit at the Dharmais Cancer Hospital, starting July 3, 2024.
* Contractual Terms: Appointments are contract-based until December 2024, with no entitlement to be promoted as a permanent staff member.

Clinical and Medical Roles
1. General Practitioner: Requires ATLS and ACLS certification.
2. Pharmacist: Registered professional.
3. Pharmacy Technician (TTK): D-III in Pharmacy.
4. Anesthesia Nurse: D-IV in Anesthesiology; requires ACLS certification.
5. Nurse: Ners professional; requires BCLS/BHD and cancer/specialized care certifications.
6. Dental Therapist: D-III in Dental Nursing.
7. Midwife: D-III in Midwifery.
8. Nutritionist: D-IV/S1 in Nutrition (Dietitian); requires specific clinical nutrition and sanitation certifications.
9. Health Laboratory Technician: D-IV in Medical Laboratory Technology.
10. Radiographer: D-IV in Radiology/Radiotherapy; proficient in operating conventional X-Ray equipment.
11. Sanitarian: D-III/D-IV/S1 in Environmental Health.
12. Occupational Health Advisor: S1 in Public Health (K3 specialization).

Technical and Administrative Roles
* Programmer: Expertise in PHP, CodeIgniter, SQL, JavaScript, and database/network management.
* IT Support: Proficient in Linux (Ubuntu), hardware assembly, network configuration, and printer/scanner troubleshooting.
* Network Administrator: Skilled in Linux/Windows Server, database architecture, and Mikrotik/Switch configurations.
* Graphic Designer: S1 in Visual Communication Design with at least two years of professional experience.
