3. Building and Installation Division

## Code of Conduct and Professional Standards
Interns at the Secretariat General of the DPR RI are expected to uphold the "BERAKHLAK" core values (Service-Oriented, Accountable, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive, and Collaborative). All participants must adhere to the following professional standards:

1. Professional Attire: Formal shirts and dress pants are mandatory. Jeans and T-shirts are strictly prohibited.
2. Grooming: Male interns must maintain a neat and short haircut.
3. Time Management: Working hours are from 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM WIB.
4. Identification: You must wear your ID card at all times while on the premises.
5. Official Representation: The university alma mater jacket must be worn when entering meeting rooms or delivering official documents.
6. Full-time Commitment: Candidates must ensure their academic schedule does not conflict with full-time internship duties.
