The Ministry of Public Works of the Republic of Indonesia is officially launching an open recruitment drive for dedicated professionals to join the Integrated Extreme Poverty Alleviation (PKE) initiative in Lumut Nauli Village, Central Tapanuli Regency, for the 2026 Fiscal Year. Managed by the North Sumatra Building, Infrastructure, and Regional Development Center, this program aims to accelerate regional development and poverty reduction. ## Available Positions and Qualifications
We are currently inviting applications for the following professional roles:
* Team Leader (1 position): S1 in Civil Engineering with 5 years of experience; requires Intermediate Expert Certification in Construction Management.
* Water and Sanitation Expert (1 position): S1/D4 in Civil, Sanitary, or Environmental Engineering with 3 years of experience; requires Junior Expert Certification in Water/Environmental Engineering.
* Road and Building Structure Expert (1 position): S1/D4 in Civil Engineering with 3 years of experience; requires Junior Expert Certification in Road or Building Engineering.
* HSE/Construction Safety Expert (1 position): S1/D4 in Engineering with 2 years of experience; requires Junior Expert Certification in Construction K3.
* Building Structure Inspector (1 position): S1/D4 in Civil/Environmental Engineering with 1 year of experience; role involves structural analysis and site supervision.
* Piping Inspector (1 position): S1/D4 in Civil/Environmental Engineering with 1 year of experience; focuses on piping and infrastructure supervision.
* Secretary (1 position): D3/S1 in any field with 1 year of experience.
* Administrator (1 position): D3/S1 in any field with 1 year of experience.
* Drafter (1 position): D3/S1 in Civil/Sanitary/Environmental Engineering with 1 year of experience.
## General Requirements
All applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered for selection:
1. Integrity: Must be an Indonesian citizen committed to the principles of Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution.
2. Availability: Must not be currently bound by other employment contracts or programs.
3. Resilience: Capable of working under pressure and strictly adhering to project deadlines.
4. Community Engagement: Skilled in facilitating interactions between local government, village/sub-district authorities, and the community.
5. Commitment: Physically and mentally fit, with a willingness to reside on-site in Lumut Nauli Village, Central Tapanuli, for the duration of the 2026 project.
## Core Responsibilities by Role
Technical Leadership and Engineering
* Team Leader: Acts as the primary liaison with the Commitment Making Officer (PPK), coordinates all experts, oversees field inspections, reviews technical designs and construction methods, and ensures project output aligns with contractual specifications and quality standards.
* Water/Sanitation & Road/Building Experts: Responsible for the technical supervision of specialized construction, leading the commissioning process, verifying field data against contract documents, and producing comprehensive technical reports.
* HSE/K3 Expert: Monitors safety protocols, conducts risk assessments, coordinates with contractor HSE teams to mitigate workplace hazards, and manages all safety-related documentation.
Operational and Administrative Support
* Inspectors: Support the technical team by conducting site visits, testing construction materials, tracking daily progress, and reporting non-conformities to the technical experts.
* Secretary & Administrator: Manage essential project documentation, coordinate meeting schedules, maintain correspondence, and ensure that all administrative data is organized and easily accessible.
* Drafter: Manages project drawings, updates blueprints based on field adjustments, and ensures all technical illustrations adhere to professional design standards.
